What we collect
Name, email, phone, city, state, and your stated interests — only what you give us in the signup form. We don't run third-party trackers. Analytics are first-party (Cloudflare Web Analytics, anonymous, no cookies).
What we do with it
We use your contact info to (1) provision your free 1-page locksmith website, (2) deliver the tracked phone number, (3) call you within 24 hours, and (4) send the newsletter you opted into. That's it.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not share your phone number with advertisers, lead-buyers, or anyone outside How To Be A Locksmith Club operations.
- We do not publish your phone number on any public page.
- We do not run remarketing pixels, behavioral ads, or third-party trackers.
Training Data Use
When you use the Students App chat at $125/month, your questions and our AI's answers become training data for future model versions. This is how the AI gets better at locksmith work over time. PII (name, email, phone, address) is never included in this training data — every message body is run through an automated scrubber before any export leaves our database. You may request deletion of your training contributions at any time by emailing our contact form; we remove your chats from future exports and from any corpus that has not yet been incorporated into a released model checkpoint. Training data is never sold or licensed to third parties.
Your rights
Email our contact form to request deletion, export, or correction of your data. We respond within 7 days.
Children
How To Be A Locksmith Club is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
